What is the 66-day Transformation Program?

The 66-day habit program is a proven, scientific method to form any habit you would like to create in yourself. And then further transform your habit into default behavior. The idea is simple, but very powerful. We safely “rewire” your CAN’T-DO attitude into a CAN–DO attitude.

What kind of habits are we talking about here?

TAny habits! You can bring any new positive changes to your life, or eliminate any bad habits from your toxic lifestyle. Want to wake up earlier? Hit the gym and get healthier? Eat better? Stop smoking? Even manage anger or alter other parts of your personality? These are all fair game in the 66-Day habit program.

Why does it have to be 66 days Precisely?

In my experience it may take more than 66 days but not less than that. I started this project myself and I am so hooked to it that I am in my 6th Month now. So, it’s entirely up to you if you want to do more than that. But the essence of the program is “you can’t miss any day” during that time.

What I am going to learn during this 66-day transformation?

You will learn a lot of small (and big!) details in this program as you progress. Objectively, you will learn how to change that big goal you have and make significant improvement. What happens once this Plan of 66 days comes to an end?

I have designed this program such that you will end up creating a bigger goal for yourself to achieve by taking those small steps during this program. This is part of the program that one has to come up with connecting a bigger, achievable goal for himself/herself. In my case, my next goal was to teach this 66 days plan to at least 2 new students – which I did later. Since then I have continually been making progress.
